Threatening behaviour fine
A WINCHESTER man who admitted threatening behaviour has been fined.
Magistrates ordered Dale Moore, 19, of Keble Street, Stanmore, to pay £60 compensation to Robert Windows for the offence on June 22. Moore must also pay a £100 fine, victim surcharge of £20 and £20 costs.
