Teenager fined for assaulting police officer
WINCHESTER teenager Daniel Brown, 19, of Wavell Way, Stanmore, who admitted assaulting PC Richard Kiernan on June 22 has been fined £250 and ordered to pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £25 and costs £85
