HAMPSHIRE residents are being urged to look out for the signs of pressure ulcers in a bid to prevent hospital admission.
Health chiefs at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are raising awareness about the importance of checking skin regularly, increased mobility, keeping skin clean and dry and having a healthy diet.
