OLIVER Mitchell has been banned from driving for 23 months after he was caught over the legal limit.
Mitchell, 21, of New Road, Littleton, near Winchester, was stopped by police whilst driving a 51-reg Vauxhall Corsa in Jewry Street, Winchester on June 28.
His alcohol level was 94 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35, a court heard.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £225 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £22.
