TWO Hampshire organisations will hold a charity evening to help those suffering from cancer.
Macmillan Cancer Support is hosting the event with the Oakley Waterman Caravan Foundation.
The foundation started when Oakley Waterman, son of former Pompey footballer Dave Waterman, was diagnosed with cancer and died at the age of six after spending precious time with his family in a caravan near Chichester.
The money they raise will provide children with terminal illnesses some quality time with their family.
The event will include a gourmet buffet and feature entertainment by the band How We Met Katie and singer Dean Curtis.
There will also be a psychic and spiritual medium and a raffle.
The event at the Hill Park Working Men’s Club will start at 7pm on August 2 in Highlands Road, Fareham.
Tickets cost £10 and can be purchased at the club.
