A HAMPSHIRE man has been charged with drug and firearms offences.
David Williamson, 28, of Howards Mead, Pennington, has appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court charged with supplying a controlled drug and possessing a firearm.
It follows a series of police raids in the Lymington area on Tuesday.
Four other people - a 22-year-old Pennington woman, a 30-year-old Lymington man, a 43-year-old Lymington man and a 26-year-old Hordle man - were arrested on suspicion of drug offences. They were bailed until October 10 pending further inquiries.
Police say a number of items seized in the raids are being examined.
