POLICE have cordoned off an area of a city centre park after a man was assaulted in the early hours of today.
Officers are carrying out investigations in East Park after a 19-year-old man was allegedly grabbed by another male between 3.40am and 3.50am.
The offender ran off when somebody was heard nearby.
The victim was not hurt but was left shaken by the incident.
