Winchester man fined for heroin and cocaine
WINCHESTER man Andrew Rodick, 38, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, has been fined for drugs offences.
Rodick admitted possession of 19 wraps of crack cocaine and nine wraps of heroin at Wesley House, Parchment Street.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a £220 fine, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs £85.
