Seven riders dressed as Russian Cossacks wowed the crowd at the New forest and Hampshire county show this afternoon.
Members of the internationally renowned Devils Horsemen thrilled spectators with a dazzling display of riding skill.
One of the team hung upside down from the saddle, her head almost touching the ground, as her horse galloped across the arena.
The stunt was followed by a race in which each competitor stood on top of two horses cantering side by side.
Billed as the stars of the show, the devil horsemen are staging two displays a day at the event at New Park, Brockenhurst.
Once again the Daily Echo-backed event is showcasing a wide range of country pursuits as well as the best cattle, pigs and sheep to be found in the forest.
And more than 600 trade stands have turned the showground into a shoppers’ paradise.
Organisations taking part include the National Park Authority and the Commoners’ Defence Association, which represents the owners of the forest’s famous ponies.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex are due to visit the show tomorrow.
