A WINCHESTER woman has been convicted of criminal damage and possessing a rounders bat as an offensive weapon.
Amanda Stewart, 31, of Milland Road, Highcliffe, admitted damaging a window belonging to Brenda Herne and possessing an offensive weapon in Water Lane, Winchester, on June 27.
Magistrates at Basingstoke imposed a community order for 12 sessions at Hampshire women’s programme and compensation of £40. They ordered the bat be forfeited and destroyed.
