A MAN needed hospital treatment for facial injuries after a late night attack.
The 48-year-old victim was walking home with a friend when they were approached by a man outside The Guildhall, Winchester.
Two other men appeared and began kicking the victim. All three then walked off towards the King Alfred statue.
The suspects are white. One was 30-40 years old, chubby, around 5ft 10in with blond hair shaved at the back and sides.
The victim was taken to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault in The Broadway on Sunday, July 28, between 1am and 1.20am.
