AN investigation is under way after a fire ripped through a Hampshire barn.
Up to 30 firefighters were called to the farm building in River Lane near Fareham and used breathing apparatus as they tackled the blaze.
It took six hours to dampen the flames at the metal-clad hay storage unit.
Two crews from Fareham attended along with one from Wickham, three from Cosham and the multi-role vehicle from Havant.
Nobody was hurt in the drama, which unfolded on Friday evening at 6.45pm.
An investigation has now started into the cause.
