A VANDAL and alcohol thief has been ordered to attend a course to tackle his drink problem.
Jamie Pammant, 27, of Main Road, Otterbourne, admitted criminal damage to a window frame in Winchester belonging to Keystone Housing, the theft of two crates of Stella valued at £26.38 from Winchester Co-op and stealing alcohol and chicken, valued at £31, from Iceland, Winchester.
Pammant also pleaded guilty to breaching a conditional discharge.
Magistrates at Basingstoke imposed a community order with treatment for alcohol dependence for six months and told him to pay compensation of £57.38 to the shops as well as a £60 victim surcharge.
