ANOTHER three animals have been killed in accidents in the New Forest.
A three-year-old filly died in a hit-and-run incident on the B3054 Lymington to Beaulieu road – one of the worst routes for animal deaths in the Forest.
A foal was badly injured and had to be destroyed following a collision on the road from Burley to the former railway station at Holmsley.
The third accident involved a cow that had to be put down after it was hit by a vehicle on the B3079 near Bramshaw.
