School’s IN for summer!
SCHOOL may be out for the summer but that hasn’t stopped new students to a Southampton secondary school putting in some extra hours.
In fact there was not a lesson in sight at Oasis Academy Mayfield, but instead a host of fun activities to help youngsters due to join the school in September settle in.
Activities at the Summer School have included badminton, basketball, football, team activities and problems solving.
The week will finish with a picnic for students and their parents.
