FIREFIGHTERS have battled a blaze in an agricultural building in Hampshire overnight.

Fire crews were called at 11.35pm last night to a barn in Upper Northam Drive, Hedge End.

The 25m x 25m barn, which was used to store hay, was well alight and firefighters are still tackling the remnants of the blaze with high pressure hose reel jets.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
