MOTORISTS are facing lengthy delays on a busy Hampshire motorway this afternoon.
A silver Volkswagen has broken down on the slip road leaving the M27 westbound at junction three.
Big queues of traffic have developed down the slip road and onto the motorway, and motorists using the junction should expect delays until the car has been moved.
