HE is a retail manager with bags of experience, a proven track record in sales, growth and managing a team.
Now Stuart Stonehouse is looking for someone to give him a chance after redundancy forced him to carve a fresh path within a new company.
For the past 13 years Stuart led a team as department manager at nationwide department store, responsible for an £8.5m turnover, 79 employees and |managing suppliers and sub contractors.
He also enjoyed a number of years at a menswear brand as branch manager and before that co-owned a joinery and carpentry business.
Stuart rates his key skills as including providing excellent customer service, project management, communication and being a positive and confident team leader.
On a personal front, Stuart also enjoys volunteering projects having secured a position as a Games Maker for the London 2012 Olympic Games. He also volunteers for the British Red Cross, working within the Fire & Emergency Support Services Team in Hampshire which tests his qualities during a crisis |situation.
Stuart, 45, from Chandler’s Ford, said: “For the past 28 years of my career my key focus has been making sure that the customer has been receiving excellent service and that I am also delivering a return on investment for the business that I am working for.
“I have developed and managed lasting relationships through excellent communication, listening, being honest and delivering results.”
