Plan to convert city centre home into flats
A HOUSE in Southampton city centre could become flats.
Richard Bullen wants to carry out a series of alterations to the property in Cranbury Place.
He has applied to add a rear extension in order to convert it into four flats.
A decision from the city council is due by May 26.
