Offices to be converted into flats
OFFICES in Southampton are set to be converted into flats. Ellis and Partners had applied to the city council to change the use of vacant first and second floor offices in Shirley Road.
And the city council has not objected, meaning that the firm can now convert the offices into one studio apartment and four one-bed flats.
