PUPILS at a Hampshire junior school have been bouncing towards a healthier lifestyle.
Baddesley Junior School took part in a Skip2bfit workshop to motivate their pupils to exercise.
The event became a competition when teachers and children tried to do the most skips in two minutes.
Everyone was then encouraged to beat their skipping score, which Skip2bfit hopes will demonstrate how everyone can improve when they put the effort in.
Year 6 pupil Sian Brace scored the highest skipping total with 243 skips and Miss Tucknott won top teacher with 209 skips.
As part of the event, each child was given fresh blueberries and a health leaflet.
Skip2bfit believes that the best time to introduce children to healthy food is immediately after exercise.
Skip2bfit visits schools throughout the year.
