IT WAS the best birthday present she could have wished for.
Hampshire make-up artist Jourdan Walker, who is used to spending her day making other people look beautiful, has used her own good looks to win a top modelling competition – on her 21st birthday.
The beauty from Dibden Purlieu competed against 15 other modelling wannabes to become Top Model UK’s Natural Beauty of 2014 and cannot wait to embark on her dream career in the fashion industry.
Her prize is a modelling contract and she is now eagerly awaiting details about her very first photo professional shoots with Top Model, which will be in London and Malta.
Jourdan, a former Brockenhurst College student who also won Best Beach Body, said: “I think I’m still in shock, it was an incredible experience and the best weekend ever.
“I think I’m still getting used to the idea that I’m now a signed model. This is a company whose winner from last year has been in Italian Vogue, this is going to be such an exciting year and the weekend was so good I wish I could live it all over again.”
