A paraglider had to be rescued after crashing into a cliff.
The paraglider was forced to make an emergency landing on a 100-foot high cliff at Freshwater Bay on the Isle of Wight.
The man, whose name and age is not known, called the coastguard team to say that he needed assistance.
A spokesperson for Solent Coastguard said the paraglider was stuck on the cliff, and a rope rescue team were dispatched to the area to rescue him yesterday afternoon.
The man was then checked by police and the Solent Coastguard team, and he suffered no injuries.
