IF you're feeling slightly worse for wear this morning then these two ladies could have a solution.
Southampton Hangover Heroes has launched this Easter weekend – designed to cure anyone who has over-indulged the night before by delivering food straight to your front door.
The new business is the brainchild of Katie Brickell and Victoria Tuck, who came up with the idea in December when they themselves were recovering from a few too many.
Katie, 28, said: “We were literally thinking who can we get to go out and pick us up a McDonalds and things from the shop and then it just came to us!
“We have six different hampers available including the Big Boy which is a traditional fry-up, the I Check Myself in at the Gym which is a healthier option or the Ooh La La which has continental food.”
Victoria, also 28, added: “Eventually we will get our own branded vehicle but for now we will make the deliveries ourselves.
Fast food “We can accommodate orders on the day but we are asking people to pre-order where they can.”
Customers don’t even have to heat the food up as special heat boxes will keep everything warm upon arrival.
They are also offering to pick up fast food orders as well, while customers can also order extra items from their online shop via the website.
The service will initially only be available on weekends, starting at 8am with last orders at 1pm, and deliveries are currently only available in the SO14 to SO18 postcode areas.
Prices include a £5 delivery charge and the company promises a maximum wait time of 45 minutes.
