Staff at a Southampton Specsavers dress up in 1980s attire for charity
CUSTOMERS at a Southampton opticians found themselves transported back to the 1980s when staff held a fundraiser for charity.
Employees at Specsavers in Shirley High Street took part in the fun event to raise cash for Gift of Sight.
The ’80s-themed day was just one of five fancy dress events at the store, which coincided with Specsavers celebrating its 30th birthday.
The shop also launched its new upstairs – with an extra two rooms where people will now also be able to have hearing consultations as well as eye tests.
