NEIGHBOURS across Hampshire are being urged to have lunch together as part of an annual event.
The Big Lunch on June 1, a Lottery-funded event, is intended to inspire communities to come together.
The lunches can be as big or small as you want, provided that you contact your local council to apply for a road closure should you choose to hold a street lunch party.
The event is in its sixth year, and free packs that include posters, invitations and an inspiration book to help people organise a lunch is available on biglunch.com.
