TWO Hampshire women have raised more than £4,000 after shaving their hair for charity.
Tetrina Campbell, from Botley, and her friend Sue Armour, from Southampton, shaved off their precious locks for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust.
Tetrina is a carer for One Community in Eastleigh and has been fundraising for various charities for five years.
The fundraisers are all in memory of her husband David’s grandson Ben, who died from multiple organ failure at 71 days old, and over the years Tetrina has raised more than £9,000.
She is now looking forward to next year’s fundraising events, which will include her niece Litisha Blyth doing a skydive.
