Thousands of football fans and shoppers queuing to get into the city
TRAFFIC is at a standstill on major routes into Southampton.
Thousands of Saints fans heading to St Mary's Stadium for the match against Everton are competing with shoppers trying to get into the city centre.
Traffic is currently queueing along West Quay Road, the Millbrook flyover and the M271 into the city.
There are also queues on Bitterne Road West and Bassett Avenue.
Saints kick off at 12.45pm against high-flying Everton.
