BURGLARS broke into a house and threatened a woman and her young son with a knife.
Officers have released an efit image of one of the gang suspected of burgling a home in Thackery Road, Portswood, Southampton.
He threatened a woman and her seven-year-old son with a knife and spade, demanding money.
One of the men was wearing a gas mask while the other wore a hood covering his face.
Nothing was taken during the incident on April 13, but as the men left the home one of them hit the 25-year-old woman’s arm with the spade. She was not seriously injured.
The suspect is white, in his late teens, slim, with ginger hair and wearing a grey beanie hat with a blue Nike tick.
He also wore a bright blue puffa-style gilet, long-sleeved black t-shirt, dark jeans and Nike trainers with a blue tick and white soles.
