FROM face-painting and barbecues to singing and dance performances, there was lots to enjoy at Oasis Mayfield Academy, Southampton's annual festival.
The Oasis Mayfield Academy hosted the event on Saturday, with the students themselves coordinating the event and performing onstage.
Young dancers, singers and bands wowed the crowds throughout the day, while there were also fair rides, food, rides and a bouncy castle to entertain. The event was raising money for the Oasis Belgium charity, which helps young people living on the streets or in difficult circumstances, with students hoping to raise £1,000.
The academy’s Michelle Mcilveen said: “It was very well attended, there were lots of things for all of the members of the family to do.”
