POLICE are hunting a woman who committed a distraction burglary at a Southampton pensioner's home.
A Samsung mobile phone and a wallet was stolen from the property in Fairfax Court, Thornhill after a woman approached the 74-year-old man in his front garden.
She was invited inside after asking to use his toilet and then asked him for a drink.
But while he was in the kitchen the woman left and the resident noticed his phone and wallet were missing.
She got into a silver ‘family’ car before driving off and was described as white, aged around 30, of curvy build, with short fair hair and around 5ft 4ins tall.
The incident took place on Sunday, March 30, at around 3pm.
