SMASH-and-grab raiders who targeted a Hampshire jewellers' got away with gems worth £126,000, police have revealed.
The raiders stole 107 items from the Robert Alan store in Station Road, New Milton, on December 30.
The haul included a large number of rings, plus ear-rings and a pendant.
Thieves used a drain cover to smash the front window. Their getaway car was later found and abandoned and partially burned out in Barrs Avenue.
Police say the most expensive item stolen in the raid was an 18-carat five-diamond ring worth £4,450.
