DUST off your wands; swap your rags for a ball gown and hop into your pumpkin coach to join Cinderella at the royal ball.
Westfield Productions are eagerly rehearsing for what is set to be a truly magical pantomime: Cinderella.
This will not only be their 69th year but also their tenth year of performing at The Point in Eastleigh.
In January 1998 Westfield Productions took to the stage with Sleeping Beauty, the first pantomime performed in the then newly converted dance and arts centre.
This month The Point, a centre for arts performance and participation, welcomes back Westfield Productions with Cinderella - the best loved pantomime for children and adults alike.
The Prince is having a ball and everyone is invited but poor Cinderella can't go.
She has nothing to wear, no way of getting there and her wicked stepmother and stepsisters make her work for them as little more than a slave.
If only there was someone watching over her to make her dreams of going to the ball and falling in love with a handsome prince true.
This is set to be a magical production filled with show stopping numbers, stunning scenery and complemented by a great range of lighting and special effects.
Performances are from January 17 to 20 at 7.30pm with a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday. Box office: 023 8065 2333 or visit www.thepoint-online.co.uk.
