The date has been set for the trial of two brothers charged with killing an Eastleigh newsagent.
Choudhry Zishan, 35, was attacked outside his family's shop in the town's High Street at the end of March.
A post-mortem concluded that he died of head injuries.
At a preliminary hearing at Winchester Crown Court yesterday, Jonathan McKinley, 22, and his brother Samuel McKinley, 25, both of no fixed address, were told they will stand trial on November 24.
Both men deny murder and were remanded in custody.
