A SMALL number of abusive parents at a Hampshire school Ringwood Junior School have forced the town council to close the car park at aneighbouring cemetery during pick up and dropping off times.
Town bosses say they have been left with no choice but to close the car park at Hightown in Ringwood between 8am and 9am, and 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
It comes after complaints from grieving relatives that parents using the car park have been abusive and let their children run wild.
Ringwood Junior School has sent out letters to parents to try to halt the antisocial behaviour, but as no improvement has been seen, the council had to act.
The car park, which has around 30 spaces, is expected to remain closed for several weeks.
The school declined to comment.
