PLANS to convert a Southampton home into a child-minding business could be approved by councillors.
The city council’s planning panel will run the rule over Clare Hayles’ proposals to change the use of a family house in Merridale Road into a dwelling house and child-minding business.
Although five residents have objected to the plans, saying they will lead to parking and noise issues, the panel have been recommended to approve the plans at the meeting on September 2.
