Students in Southampton will be offered discounted bus travel to get to college.

My Journey Southampton has teamed up with Bluestar, Uni-Link and First Bus to give 16- to 19-year-olds a special student term bus ticket, giving them unlimited travel between 6am and midnight, seven days a week, with prices up to 45 per cent cheaper than usual.

The offer will be available to full-time students at a college or sixth form in Southampton as well as students on an apprenticeship with a training provider in the city.
