Flats plan thrown out
PLANS to knock down a building in central Southampton and replace it with flats have been withdrawn.
An ammended application to build a seven-storey building containing 21 flats in Canute Road was lodged with the city council last year after a previous proposal was rejected by city council planners.
The developer has now decided to withdraw his proposals.
