Thieves torch stolen car
POLICE are hunting car thieves who stole a vehicle and set light to it.
The burning car was reported to the emergency services at 4am yesterday.
Fire crews and police were called to the scene at Clausentum Road, Southampton, but the abandoned Volkswagen Golf was completely destroyed by the blaze.
Nobody was injured.
Officers think the vehicle was stolen and are treating the incident as suspicious.
