FOOD lovers are expected to flock to Romsey on Sunday for the town’s annual festival.
Organisers of Romsey Food Festival hope to cook up a storm of interest from the public.
Town centre streets will be filled with food-orientated attractions including cookery demonstrations in the Cornmarket.
Chefs from the White Horse Hotel and Naz’s Restaurant are taking part in demonstrations.
More than 30 smallholders and farmers will also be out in force with their produce at the Hampshire Farmers’ Market in Alma Road from 10am to 2pm.
Romsey town centre manager Mark Edgerley is hoping the event will pull in the crowds.
He said: “I welcome stall holders and exhibitors coming to the town on Sunday, with our farmers’ market and stalls, Romsey will become a great place for food.”
