RAPPER Lethal Bizzle has put in an explosive performance on Bestival's opening day.
The Londoner was unveiled as the secret guest for the main stage at 3.15pm.
Organisers of the Robinhill Park Festival teased the 55,000 revellers with clues of his identity two hours before the gig.
And the roar he received when he came to the stage showed their delight.
He entered to Queen's 'We Will Rock You' before whipping them into a frenzy with his mix of rap and dubstep.
Although energetic Most of the tracks were covers.
At one point he ordered everyone to sit down before launching into a cover of 'Harlem Shake'.
There has been a plethora of colourful acts and sideshows to get the party started.
The action started from 11am with Morning Gloryville the first to take to the main stage.
Dressed in sparkling trousers, dresses and hotpants they provided a glittertastic morning-workout style show.
Revellers relaxed in hammocks at the Wishing Tree while Tayo played at the New Reggae Roots stage.
Bad Rabbits, Cate Le Bon and Ady Duleiman played at the Big Top.
Entertainment included competing at 'beer goggle football' with blurry glasses for the chance to win a chance at a bungee jump while competing at goggle Later are headliners Outkast, following Disclosure, Sam Smith and Laura Mvula on the main stage.
La Roux is in the Big Top and Sven Vath at The Port.
