Plan to convert Southampton offices into flats
PLANS to change the use of offices in Southampton into flats have been lodged with the city council.
Philspace Ltd has applied to convert the ground floor unit in Bitterne Road West into a one-bedroom flat.
A decision is due by to October 23.
