Appeal over plans to demolish bungalow and build house
AN appeal has been submitted after planning permission to demolish a bungalow and replace it with a three-storey house at Owslebury was refused.
The parish council has received the appeal after permission for the site at Long Ash on Picot Lane was rejected by the South Downs National Park Authority.
Any parishioners wishing to modify their existing representations or to make new ones can do so by accessing the Planning Portal at planningportal.gov.uk/pcs with the reference APP/L1765/A/14/2224576.
