A TEENAGER is recovering from multiple injuries after being set upon by a gang near a Hampshire shopping centre.
The 17-year-old needed hospital treatment for his injuries which included a broken jaw.
Police have arrested seven teenagers in connection with the alleged attack, which happened near the Locks Heath Centre at about 12.30am on Sunday when the victim and a friend were walking along a path near the skate park.
Two 15-year-old youths, four 16-year-old youths and a 17-year-old youth, all from the Fareham area, have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
