The winner of this year’s Individual Deal Maker award was Andy Gibbs from commercial property experts Vail Williams.
Andy, who jointly heads up the Solent business space team at Vail Williams, picked up the prize at the Estates Gazette Hampshire Focus event. He deals with office and industrial property disposals and acquisitions along the M27 corridor.
Hosted at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club in Ocean Village on Friday 3rd October, the reception recognised the best and busiest agents from around Hampshire over the last 12 months.
Earning Andy the Individual Deal Maker accolade was his involvement in 65 deals across the area: including a £1.7 million sale of industrial space in New Milton; 40,862 square feet of industrial space leased at Eastleigh; and a lease of 20,000 square feet of office space in Winchester.
He said: “Winning the Individual Deal Maker award is an honour for me personally, but it’s also a reflection on how hard the team has worked, and the skills and experience we’ve offered our clients to get them some great results.”
