WET weather did not deter bargain hunters descending on Romsey Town Hall for an Autumn Bazaar in aid of the Children’s Society.
Town crier Terry Hamer encouraged customers through the door and business was brisk at the stalls selling home-made cakes, plants and crafts, and tickets for the tombola and raffle were also popular.
The event raised £449 for the charity.
