Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage has visited a facility where volunteers give emotional support and practical advice to residents.
The MP was at the Centrepeace Hub in Gosport run by members of the local church community as a listening service for people who cannot talk to family and friends, but also to direct people to agencies that can help them.
She met volunteers and clients at the centre, describing it as an “invaluable help to those who feel they have nowhere to turn”.
