THE jury in the murder trial of a man accused of fatally stabbing his identical twin has been sent out to consider their verdicts.
The 12-strong jury, including three women and nine men, were sent out to deliberate by Rt Hon Justice Teare at Winchester Crown Court this morning.
Robert Cerqua, 31, is accused of killing his brother Christopher with a single stab wound at their family home in Langdown Road, Hythe, on New Year's Eve last year.
The jury have sat through seven days of evidence after the prosecution and defence finished their cases yesterday.
