A HAMPSHIRE daredevil has been arrested again – this time for scaling a 70m high chimney in Germany.
James Kingston posted a picture of himself on his online social media accounts showing him perched on top of the structure in the town of Marktoberdorf.
He climbed up via a ladder on the side of the chimney before police and a fire engine were on the scene.
He was arrested and fined €500 (£400).
His latest arrest comes just three months after the 24-year-old from Romsey was arrested for climbing the Eiffel Tower.
James shot to notoriety last year after recording a video of himself hanging off a crane at a building site in Ocean Village in Southampton.
Despite warnings by police and being arrested twice in less than six months he is determined to carry on.
He said: “You cannot get a criminal record for this type of stuff. In the UK what I do is a civil offence.
“I always tell them I will never stop.”
