THE jury in the murder trial of a man accused of fatally stabbing his identical twin will resume their deliberations today.
The 12-strong jury, overseeing the murder trial of Robert Cerqua at Winchester Crown Court, returned to court three in front of Rt Hon Justice Teare.
Robert Cerqua, 31, is accused of killing brother Christopher with a single stab wound following an altercation at their family home in Langdown Road, Hythe, on New Year's Eve last year.
They are reexamining the knife allegedly used in the incident and video footage captured by police body worn cameras when Robert was arrested at a party in Abbotsfield, Totton, four hours later.
Robert Cerqua denies murder.
